Sue Baillio

Your Real Estate Professional!

I started my Real Estate career in 1992, thinking it would be a good part time or temporary position so I could start a college fund for my children. Soon I found out that there is no “part time” in Real Estate and that temporary does not exist in a Real Estate career.

Joining the corporate world of AT&T right out of the University of Texas was a great opportunity to learn organizational skills and business disciplines. Sales and marketing training at that level has enabled me to develop a successful Real Estate Marketing Program. Throughout my 23+ years of diligence in this industry I am confident that I have served my clients well. My expertise is in areas of both working with buyers and marketing homes.

Having lived in San Antonio since 1977, I feel a strong connection to local politics and development in the area. My family has strong ties to both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, we often “round-table” ideas so we can keep up with all aspects of growth in our community.

Outside of Real Estate I have a busy life. Married and the Mother of two (with twin grand babies due in 2014!), my family has offered good support for my career. I have participated in local tennis leagues in the area for over 30 years, helping to develop the San Antonio Women’s Tennis Association (SAWTA). Golf is slowly becoming an additional pastime even though I’m still struggling to break 100! I have also been a part of the Friends of the Ronald McDonald House organization for the past 5 years, serving as a board member since 2009.

Whether it’s relocation, a military move, a move within the area or even a retirement move…let me help you find your way around town so you can settle into your new HOME. I strive to develop a full service relationship with my clients.
